Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part Time Logistics Coordinator to join our team at HUGO BOSS Australia reporting to the Logistics Manager. This role is pivotal in facilitating import and export activities and administration

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations timely deliveries and exceptional service levels.

Key accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Coordination and administration of import activities.

Coordination and administration of export activities.

Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Handling customs activities to ensure compliance.

Providing finance support including reviewing and authorising invoices reporting and month-end activities.

Managing Shop Construction & VM collateral delivery (freight forwarding).

About you:

3 years of experience in logistics operations preferably in a retail environment.

Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related field is advantagrous.

Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Experience in logistics operations including import/export coordination.

Strong understanding of customs processes and compliance.

Proficiency in finance-related tasks such as invoice reviews and reporting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
