Your Role with Us:
As our Compliance Coordinator Trust and Safety youll support the development and ongoing maintenance of trust and safety compliance programmes and assist with regulatory and internal reporting and monitor changes in online safety laws and industry standards. Youll help identify emerging risks and work cross-functionally to embed compliance and safety principles into day to day operations.

What you will do:

• Maintain compliance standards controls and procedures to ensure the platform meets laws on user safety data protection and content moderation
• Manage regulator reporting and ensure data privacy practices are consistently applied
• Monitor emerging regulations keep compliance documentation up to date and make sure teams understand their responsibilities
• Identify compliance risks and work with stakeholders to recommend practical solutions

What you will bring:

• 1 years in a similar role legal or compliance background preferred
• Conducted audits and inspections to ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• Skilled in data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Bonus points if you also have:

• knowledge of online safety regulatory requirements and standards (DSA
• GDPR etc)
• Undergraduate degree in Law
• Interest or experience in live streaming and social media
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive Spreadsheets Docs) Slack & Intercom
