Clinical Customer Service Associate
Limited hours Night shift 24 hours
-every weekend Sat & Sun
-7pm - 7:30 am
TheClinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients families visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills knowledge of information & computer systems the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
- Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients families and medical staff.
- Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
- Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.28/hour - Maximum 20.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
