- Facilitate communication and collaboration among MEP engineers contractors consultants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings to resolve design and site issues.
- Ensure alignment between architectural structural and MEP disciplines.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure MEP activities are completed on schedule.
- Track performance metrics and report deviations to project management.
- Coordinate with planning teams to integrate MEP milestones into the master schedule.
- Review MEP drawings and specifications to plan execution strategies.
- Assist in the development of work sequences and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards codes and regulations during execution.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP coordination within construction
- Experience in DC Project (Min. 2 projects)
- Strong leadership and good communication skill.
- Experience for managing and coordinating teams
- Good understanding of DC project schedule sequences (for each works)
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Proficient in written and spoken English
