Unit Manager Residential Care Unit 32000 Full-Time Days

What Were Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a care home or nursing home environment ideally in a supervisory or senior care role.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards safeguarding and best practices in residential care.
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
- Empathetic patient and confident in leading by example in a fast-paced care environment.

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the residential unit ensuring residents safety comfort and wellbeing.
- Lead motivate and support care assistants and support staff to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
- Conduct and oversee assessments care plan reviews and ensure care delivery aligns with individual needs.
- Build trusted relationships with residents families and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor care standards and compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation risk assessments and care records.
- Promote a positive inclusive and welcoming environment for residents families and staff alike.
