Were seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. Youll work independently across diverse industries providing expert installation maintenance and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.
What Youll Do
- Technical Service & Installation: Install commission and service chemical feed equipment pumps controllers and instrumentation systems at customer locations
- Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations training and solutions to customer management and technical teams
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis calibrate equipment program controllers conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports inventory management and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Territory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery

Qualifications :
- Technical degree/diploma in Electrical Electronic Technology Instrumentation Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred a high school diploma or GED is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics plant operations/maintenance or equivalent technical training
- Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred
- A full valid drivers license and willingness to travel (a learners permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify.
