Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate all calls received by the Housekeeping Department ensuring accurate recording proper follow-up and timely completion in line with Shangri-La standards.
- Communicate guest requests and issues promptly to Service Managers Service Leaders or the Executive Housekeeper.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation including telephone logs guest loan items lost and found pest control key and pager distribution and other housekeeping reports.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all documentation and reports.
- Record incoming and outgoing items from the housekeeping office and storerooms and perform inventory checks accurately and on schedule.
- Keep management informed of any guest complaints emergencies or unusual situations.
Requirements:
- Articulate pleasant and well-presented.
- Good command of English (oral and written); knowledge of a local language is an advantage.
- Minimum completion of 12 years of schooling.
- 12 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Computer literate and able to work independently with initiative and ownership.
- Willing to work on shifts.
