Job Summary:

The Admin Executive will manage housekeeping canteen transportation and ticket bookings front office and security services while coordinating with Indirect procurement buyer for procurement and finance for vendor payments related to Admin related items. The role ensures smooth administrative operations employee welfare and a professional workplace environment.

  • General Administration ability to maintain confidentiality discipline and decorum

Education/Experience/ Competency:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in administrative/office management

Key Skills

  • Prior experience in managing housekeeping transport ticket booking canteen and security services will be an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
