Job Summary

About the Role

As Chef de Partie at Mee So youll:

  • Take ownership of your section and ensure smooth efficient service

  • Prepare and cook a range of Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menu concepts and daily specials

  • Maintain high standards of presentation consistency and flavour

  • Help train and support junior kitchen staff

  • Ensure food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards are met

  • Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu updates

Youll be working in a fast-paced creative kitchen where quality and innovation come first.


Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Chef ready to step up

  • A genuine love of Asian cuisine especially Japanese and Korean

  • A flair for plating flavour balance and presentation

  • Strong teamwork communication and time management skills

  • A commitment to quality consistency and creativity

  • Availability for a mix of day night and weekend shifts

  • Hold a valid Food Safety Certificate

  • Have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
