Long Description
As a Product Manager Centralized Payment Solutions for John Deere Financial you will.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of payment facilitation projects.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans defining scope objectives timelines and resource allocation for payment facilitation initiatives.
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of payment systems and technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Implement testing and validation processes to ensure that payment solutions meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user manuals.
- Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to teams using the payment systems.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- 4 years of experience in product management with a focus on payment processing payment facilitation or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of payment systems gateways and transaction processing technologies.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello MS Project).
