The Opportunity
Your role as a Content Integrity Specialist is pivotal for delivering a safe and premium user environment. You will systematically examine assess and regulate digital content. This involves meticulously reviewing user-submitted materials advertisements and other media to confirm strict compliance with both internal policies and legal obligations.

Core Responsibilities
- Review in German: Scrutinize and validate all online content in German verifying adherence to internal quality and conduct standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Evaluate user contributions and marketing content for factual correctness relevance and compliance with guidelines.
- Risk Identification: Pinpoint and promptly report any content that is misleading inappropriate or violates platform policies.
- Precision and Volume: Maintain exceptional focus and accuracy while efficiently processing large quantities of visual and data-based materials.
- Process Improvement: Offer suggestions and feedback to enhance the efficiency and overall quality of the review process.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work collaboratively with teams such as Quality Training and Operations to ensure consistency in content decisions.
- Performance Metrics: Meet defined targets for productivity decision accuracy and turnaround speed.
Must-Haves
- German Fluency (C1): Absolutely mandatory.
- Proficient English (B2): Required for internal communication and training sessions.
- Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrably strong focus on detail and critical thinking skills.
- Technical Comfort: Basic familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate various software and tools.
- Unbiased Judgment: Capacity to remain impartial and objective even when exposed to sensitive or difficult content.
- Experience (Optional): Prior work in online moderation customer support or digital media is a bonus but not essential.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be residents of Sofia or the immediately surrounding area. Relocation assistance is not offered.
