Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid role local candidates only)

We are looking for a Content Moderator with strong language skills and cultural awareness to help ensure a safe and compliant online environment. This role requires attention to detail sound judgment and an understanding of cultural and political contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Review monitor and moderate content in line with platform policies and guidelines
Assess content with awareness of cultural social and political sensitivities
Identify and take appropriate action on non-compliant or sensitive content
Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency while meeting productivity targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and policy adherence

What Were Looking For

Fluency in German and strong English skills (spoken and written)
Strong awareness of cultural and political environments
High attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions
Ability to work in a hybrid setup
Only local candidates will be considered

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 3600 BGN net
Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (paid in addition to salary)
