- Owner Support: Your expertise will be needed to troubleshoot and resolve station-related technical problems coordinate and process equipment replacement requests assist owners with pricing configuration settings and ensure accessibility requirements are met.
Ultimately your goal is to solve inquiries provide clear step-by-step guidance on product and service usage and meticulously troubleshoot any technical or operational challenges all while maintaining a consistent customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

- Native-level French fluency (C1) for complex communication coupled with intermediate English proficiency (B2).

- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and unwavering attention to detail.
- A minimum of 6 months of previous professional experience within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is required.
