Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Policy Researcher/ Executive Assistant to join our team at Evolution Sports this role you will work closely with our executive team to conduct research on policies and regulations that affect our clients and the sports industry. You will also provide administrative support to our executives ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on policies and regulations related to the sports industry including but not limited to athlete contracts league rules and government legislation.
- Analyze and summarize research findings to provide recommendations for our clients and the company.
- Monitor and track changes in policies and regulations and communicate updates to the executive team.
- Assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas presentations and other materials as needed.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Political Science Public Policy or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in policy research or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the sports industry and related policies and regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other research tools.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Professional and positive attitude.

Pay Rate: $55-70 per hour depending on experience
Training Pay: $80 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $2500 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
