Position: Office Administrator Document Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator Document Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments answering phone calls and emails and maintaining office supplies
- Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files for all company and client documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings travel arrangements and other logistical arrangements as needed
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of contracts agreements and other legal documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative and document-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Continuously improve and streamline document management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or document management role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation is a plus
