Location: Marlborough MA (Onsite / Hybrid Flexibility)

Youll lead IT projects that make work simpler smarter and faster turning manual processes into digital systems using Microsoft Power Platform tools. From automating workflows to building dashboards that tell a story youll be the bridge between data people and innovation.
What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end IT projects that improve workflows reporting and decision-making.

Partner with stakeholders to define project goals gather requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.

Design test and implement process automations using Power Automate Power Apps SharePoint and Lists.

Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Support SQL Server database work data modeling relational structures and integrity checks.

Experiment with AI fundamentals to enhance automation and analytics.

Track timelines manage project documentation and keep communication flowing across teams.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
-
3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating IT and automation projects.

Hands-on skills with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.

Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures.
-
Strong communication and organization skills you can speak both business and tech.
Nice-to-Haves
-
Familiarity with Power Apps SharePoint Lists or Microsoft Fabric.

Curiosity about AI and how to integrate it into everyday workflows.

PMP CBAP or Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
