Your Mission:
Join our team in Bucharest as a Customer Support Specialist and provide expert assistance to Italian-speaking clients in the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain. Youll use your expertise to monitor transactions investigate alerts and ensure clients receive accurate and professional support.
This role is ideal for individuals with a banking or financial services background who want to apply their AML knowledge in a client-focused environment.
What Youll Do:

Perform AML investigations and transaction monitoring.

Assist clients with queries related to AML processes and compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely handling of alerts and cases.

What You Bring:

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).

Minimum 1 year of experience in AML investigations or related financial services.
