Location: Remote (based in Portugal Braga project)
Start Date: 11 December 2025
Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 07:00 21:00 (Rotational Shifts)

Sunday: 09:00 21:00 (12 weekends per month apart from exceptional situations)

Days Off: 2 rotational days

As a Sales Representative youll be the voice that connects customers to quality service guiding them through their shopping experience with professionalism empathy and enthusiasm.

What Youll Do:

Assist customers with product information sales inquiries and support in German and English.

Deliver excellent service via phone chat and email.

Identify customer needs and provide effective tailored solutions.

Collaborate remotely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Maintain professionalism and positivity in every customer interaction.
