Introduction
We are looking for a German-speaking Inbound Customer Service Representative to support users of a leading search engine platform from our Lisbon office. You will handle inbound inquiries and provide high-quality customer support in a professional and efficient manner.
Relocation is required. A relocation package is fully covered.
EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit required.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls emails or chats from German-speaking users

Support customers with account product and general inquiries

Requirements

Fluency in German

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
