Your Role and Impact
You will be an essential member of our dedicated support team acting as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your mission is to ensure a stress-free experience for travelers from the moment they book their car until they return it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multilingual Service: Communicate effectively with customers across various channels (phone email chat) predominantly in Italian.
- Booking Expertise: Handle all aspects of customer reservations including setting up new bookings processing modifications and managing cancellations.
- Information Hub: Accurately provide details on rates vehicle availability insurance policies and terms & conditions.
- Conflict Resolution: Approach and resolve customer complaints and complex issues with professionalism and a goal-oriented empathetic manner.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and ensure all customer data is logged and kept confidential.

Candidate Essentials
We are looking for motivated people who are a match for both the language and location requirements.
- Italian Fluency: Native or C1 level proficiency in both written and spoken Italian is non-negotiable.
- English: A good level of English for internal team communication training and documentation.
- Malta Residency: You must be currently and legally based in Malta. Relocation assistance is not offered.
- Customer Focus: A strong desire to help people excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Work Style: Comfortable working both independently and collaborating effectively within a team structure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work variable shifts including required coverage on weekends and public holidays.
