Are you a fluent Italian speaker (C1) currently based in Malta We are offering an exciting full-time career opportunity as a Customer Advisor to support the contact center operations for a leading international car rental company. Were looking for passionate individuals who are legally residing in Malta and ready to deliver outstanding support.

Your Role and Impact

You will be an essential member of our dedicated support team acting as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. Your mission is to ensure a stress-free experience for travelers from the moment they book their car until they return it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multilingual Service: Communicate effectively with customers across various channels (phone email chat) predominantly in Italian.
• Booking Expertise: Handle all aspects of customer reservations including setting up new bookings processing modifications and managing cancellations.
• Information Hub: Accurately provide details on rates vehicle availability insurance policies and terms & conditions.
• Conflict Resolution: Approach and resolve customer complaints and complex issues with professionalism and a goal-oriented empathetic manner.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and ensure all customer data is logged and kept confidential.
• Continuous Learning: Remain up-to-date on all car rental promotions and service procedures to offer precise advice.

Candidate Essentials

We are looking for motivated people who are a match for both the language and location requirements.

• Italian Fluency: Native or C1 level proficiency in both written and spoken Italian is non-negotiable.
• English: A good level of English for internal team communication training and documentation.
• Malta Residency: You must be currently and legally based in Malta. Relocation assistance is not offered.
• Customer Focus: A strong desire to help people excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Work Style: Comfortable working both independently and collaborating effectively within a team structure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work variable shifts including required coverage on weekends and public holidays.
• Prior Experience: Experience in customer service hospitality or travel is a plus but we welcome motivated beginners!
