About the client:

A fast-growing organization leading Sri Lankas transition toward sustainable electric mobility through innovation data and design. The companys expanding ecosystem of electric vehicles battery swapping and digital connectivity is reshaping urban transportation across the island.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic social media calendar aligned with product launches campaigns and seasonal events.
Plan and manage social media budgets to ensure efficient allocation across multiple platforms.
Oversee daily posting engagement and community management across major channels including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube TikTok and X (Twitter).
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging platform-specific content in both visual and video formats.
Execute paid and organic campaigns aimed at driving awareness engagement and measurable results.
Manage influencer partnerships brand collaborations and event-related digital campaigns.
Monitor analytics track performance and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of social media strategy content creation and analytics tools.
Excellent writing communication and storytelling skills with a creative mindset.
Proficiency in managing multi-platform campaigns and digital advertising tools.
Highly organized data-driven and proactive in identifying trends and opportunities for brand growth.
