Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the outbound leisure travel division overseeing all operational commercial and service-related functions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with global tour operators airlines and destination management companies (DMCs).
- Identify emerging travel trends and develop innovative market-driven travel products.
- Inspire mentor and empower teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in team management and financial leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Results-driven with a passion for growing an international freight forwarding business.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Genso and CargoWise platforms).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with overseas branches agents and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other accounting-related tools.
- Highly organized goal-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
