| - As a Test Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality by planning designing executing and documenting test cases and results.
- You will work closely with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- You will be responsible for identifying defects logging issues and contributing to defect triaging and resolution.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives) and contribute actively in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Support test automation continuous testing and shift-left initiatives as part of quality improvement.

What should you bring along
| - 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing preferably in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate business requirements and functional specs into test cases and test scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Must have technical skill | - Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
- Experience in test case design execution and defect tracking using tools like JIRA TestRail HP ALMConfluence.
- Very good knowledge on Database.
- Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with SQL for validating backend data.
- Knowledge on Sales Journey Banking/SF.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting (e.g. Selenium Java/Python or similar tools).
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments like Jenkins Azure DevOps or GitLab.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications and environments (AWS Azure).
- Experience in BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

Good to have skills | - ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent.
- Exposure to performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
- Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance.
