Were now building for our next stage of growth and were hiring a Social Media Content Creator Manager to help us scale our creators presence across TikTok Instagram Threads X and more.
This is a high-impact role for a short-form content creator who can move fast think strategically and coach creators to world-class execution.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Ship high-performing short-form content
Own ideation scripting shoot guidance editing and publishing
Deliver consistent weekly content that drives growth (views saves follows click-throughs conversions)
2. Coach creators on content strategy & performance
Guide on-camera presence hooks pacing and brand voice
Run feedback sessions and weekly content planning per creator
3. Lead channel growth across IG TikTok Threads X
Manage posting calendars ensure timely execution
Maintain clean workflows brand alignment and active audience engagement
4. Spot trends test formats and build whats next
Maintain a live trend inspiration list
A/B test new formats weekly and scale winning content
5. Build systems and teams to scale output
Recruit and manage posters/editors
Write SOPs enforce QA and run weekly performance reviews
What Success Looks Like
After 12 months you are:
Managing 2 - 3 creators with $30k in monthly revenue each
Driving consistent MoM growth through content that converts
Shipping 3 - 5 new format tests weekly with at least 25% hit rate
Building recognizable creator brands that audiences instantly identify
Scaling people and process recruiting and leading a small team
Eligible for revenue-share and company rewards based on performance

Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong experience in short-form content (IG TikTok Threads X)
Proven ability to coach others and lead creative direction
Hands-on experience managing calendars posts and performance workflows
Ability to work flexible hours aligned with EU or US peak times
Remote work setup with good internet connection
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $1400 - $1750/month
Performance Bonus: up to $1500 - $2250/month based on output and KPIs
Bonus Structure: tied to content quality posting discipline team leadership and creator revenue impact
Annual Perks: 1 - 2 trips per year for top performers (team meetups or solo travel)
