Could you be the full-time Product Program Manager in Bangalore were looking for
our future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software design development and validation programs. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering operations and senior leadership) manage program timelines and budgets and much more.
Youll specifically take care of overseeing program execution and ensuring alignment with organizational goals but also manage stakeholder engagement with a focus on delivering value-driven results.

Leading program initiation planning monitoring reporting and closure activities
Overseeing financial and change management processes
Engaging effectively with stakeholders to align program objectives
Applying strong analytical skills to assess program performance
Driving critical thinking and informed decision-making
Utilizing hands-on experience with technologies like Microservices Docker Kubernetes Virtualization and Cloud technologies

Degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
18-20 years of experience in software design development and validation with over 8 years in program/project management
Strong understanding of program management principles including initiation planning monitoring and closure
Experience in financial and change management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Sound analytical skills and business acumen
Hands-on experience with Microservices Docker Kubernetes Virtualization and Cloud technologies
