  • 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination HR operations or talent acquisition support.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding photography and social media engagement.

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a seamless recruitment experience. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment operations from opening new positions to onboarding new hires while actively contributing to employer branding and recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitmentexperience while working with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment needs and ensuring employee and prospect documentation is in order.


What will I be doing

  • Manage the full recruitment coordination process including creating job requisitions posting openings and updating position statuses.

  • Source and screen candidates through Taleo databases referrals and social media.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

  • Prepare and share candidate summary profiles with hiring managers and guide them on completing them.

  • Ensure all recruitment documentation (applications interview notes evaluations) is accurate and complete.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracking system and candidate database.

  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process ensuring professionalism and consistency.

  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documents.

  • Guide selected candidates through medical checkups onboarding formalities and joining logistics.

  • Serve as the point of contact for under-hiring providing clear guidance on hiring and onboarding procedures.

  • Provide recruitment updates and ensure timely closures with hiring managers.

  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and selection processes.

  • Follow up regularly to ensure smooth progress of all open positions.

  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives across social media and professional platforms.

  • Capture and curate engaging visual content (photos short videos) to promote company culture and employee stories.

  • Coordinate participation in recruitment events career fairs and campus hiring activities.

  • Draft and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs and brand tone.
