Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-
Develop and manage detailed 3D MEP models (HVAC electrical plumbing and firefighting) using Revit.
-
Perform clash detection and run clash tests using Navisworks Manage.
-
Coordinate effectively between various disciplines (Architectural Structural and MEP).
-
Generate accurate and detailed shop drawings from BIM models as per project standards and specifications.
-
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts and clashes.
-
Ensure all models are developed to LOD (Level of Development) as per project requirements.

Update models based on design changes RFIs and client feedback.
-
Collaborate with project engineers design teams and BIM managers to ensure deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.

Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.
Key Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP projects.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

In-depth knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC electrical plumbing and firefighting.

Proven experience in clash detection and resolution workflows.

Solid understanding of BIM coordination processes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Hands-on experience creating shop drawings from 3D models.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
