Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate BIM models across all infrastructure-related disciplines
- Develop update and review BIM models to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Manage clash detection processes perform model audits and generate comprehensive Navisworks coordination reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the federated model throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage the LOD Matrix and contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in BIM coordination for infrastructure or civil engineering projects and previous experience in the Middle East projects.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Civil 3D Navisworks and related coordination tools.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows standards LOD definitions and model coordination practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and multidisciplinary models.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple tasks within project timelines.
