Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Team Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.
Position: Team Supervisor
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and guide on-floor team members to ensure professional engaging and high-quality performance.
- Manage daily work schedules rotations and breaks to maintain smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Communicate updates on new procedures company policies and best practices to all team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operations addressing and resolving minor technical or operational issues as they arise.
- Serve as a communication link between staff and management ensuring clear relay of feedback and updates.
- Provide support motivation and coaching to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to produce accurate daily or shift reports for management.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate with relevant departments to address them.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company standards for appearance conduct and workplace behavior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
- Background in Management Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a customer-focused operations or service-driven industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership mentoring and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts including evenings weekends or holidays as needed.
