Job Summary
A highly respected Outstanding Grammar School in Hertfordshire is recruiting an ECT Psychology Teacher from January 2026.
- Psychology ECT required from January 2026
- Grammar School with exceptional A-Level results and academic focus
- Ideal for a reflective research-minded early-career teacher
Youll teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 engaging students in topics such as cognitive psychology behaviourism and mental health. The department encourages discussion data analysis and applied learning.
Experience and Qualifications
- PGCE or QTS in Psychology or a related discipline (QTS or pending)
- Enthusiasm for academic rigour and student-centred learning
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Eager to develop teaching practice through mentoring and CPD
