We are seeking a motivated and adaptable IT Technician to join a successful and high-performing secondary academy in Salisbury. This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the schools IT infrastructure and supporting staff and students in a technology-driven learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience providing first- and second-line IT support (school experience advantageous)
Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS Office 365 Active Directory and networking
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA Microsoft or equivalent) preferred
