We are seeking a confident and experienced Office Administrator to join an Outstanding primary school in Bournemouth. This full-time permanent role involves managing daily office operations supporting senior staff and providing a high standard of administrative service to pupils parents and visitors.
Experience and Qualifications
Strong administrative experience ideally in a school setting
Proficiency in SIMS Arbor or other school MIS systems
Excellent communication IT and organisational skills
Calm professional and approachable manner when dealing with parents and staff
Ability to work independently prioritise and handle confidential information
