Job Summary

The Role

You will teach Music across KS3KS5 delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that encourage confidence creativity and technical skill in performance composition and appraisal. You will work with motivated students in a department that values both academic rigour and creative expression. Lessons are supported by high-quality facilities including dedicated rehearsal rooms practice suites and a recording studio allowing students to explore music in a practical and inspiring way.

As an Early Career Teacher you will benefit from a comprehensive induction programme including weekly mentoring structured CPD and tailored support in lesson planning assessment behaviour management and professional development. You will be encouraged to develop your own teaching style while being fully supported by experienced colleagues. There will also be opportunities to contribute to ensembles concerts and whole-school productions playing an active role in the wider cultural life of the school.
