We are currently seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support our management and operations teams with daily administrative communication and coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a virtual environment.
Position SummaryAs a Virtual Assistant at GSR Group you will play a key role in maintaining smooth business operations by managing schedules coordinating communications and providing administrative support to various departments. You will be responsible for helping streamline processes improve efficiency and assist leadership in executing strategic and routine tasks.
This role requires excellent communication skills professionalism confidentiality and a high level of reliability.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for team members and executives.
Prepare reports presentations and internal documents as requested.
Organize and maintain digital files folders and shared drives.
Handle email management respond to inquiries and filter messages for priority action.
Assist with data entry recordkeeping and document formatting.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and edit correspondence announcements and business emails.
Coordinate with vendors partners and clients as directed.
Follow up on outstanding tasks deadlines and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely project execution.
Project & Operations Support
Support project coordination track milestones and update progress reports.
Conduct online research to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Assist with onboarding new clients partners or team members.
Manage administrative aspects of marketing or client engagement campaigns.
Support financial and logistics functions such as invoice processing or expense tracking.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
At least 13 years of experience as a virtual assistant administrative assistant or similar remote role.
Experience working with professional services or consulting firms is an advantage.
Technical Proficiency
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in project management or collaboration tools (e.g. Trello Asana Notion Slack).
Comfortable with CRM systems and cloud-based platforms.
Reliable internet connection and access to a dedicated work device (laptop/PC).
