Job Summary

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Head of Infrastructure Canada.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings including the Infrastructure Board Leadership Meetings Operations Meetings Townhalls etc.  Coordinate invites agenda setting material gathering  taking concise minutes and maintaining action logs that drive accountability.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports and presentations. I.e. reports for board meetings executive presentations business plans.
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Support calendar management and travel logistics
  • Support internal compliance standards by ensuring processes are followed and appropriate approvals are obtained and recorded. 
  • Supporting with document control Quality Assurance & Quality Control
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications and publications on behalf of the Head of Infrastructure
  • Support with social media publications and content

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task think quickly and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word PowerPoint Acrobat Excel Outlook).
  • Proficient in communication platforms Teams Skype for Business Zoom.
  • Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality. High professional conduct handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion and having a diplomatic approach to resolving issues are requirements at all times.

Additional Information :

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75000 - $120000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
