Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on non-engineering roles and will play a critical part in shaping the organisations growth.
This role will report to Softrs CEO Mariam Hakobyan and work cross-functionally with our Product Marketing and Ops teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle from demand generation and role briefing to active sourcing interviewing and hiring.
- Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to win top talent.
- Active sourcing of international talents in diverse channels e.g. LinkedIn Dribbble niche communities etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and consult with them during the hiring process.
- Structure interviews with a clear agenda/goal and ensure that all hiring team members are well-equipped to evaluate candidates.
- Take ownership in driving recruitment process improvements.
Requirements
- You have at least 4-5 years of experience managing an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience in high-level recruitment within various roles in a fast-paced fast-growth startup.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
- You enjoy being a hands-on recruiter building a pipeline through sourcing and engaging highly passive talent in niche domains. You can handle multiple role recruitment processes simultaneously.
- You have a go-getter personality a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to operate in ambiguity and take initiative.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to track and understand key metrics (hiring pipeline conversion rates etc).
- You are proactive and a self-starter. You can work with minimal direction and take initiative to drive results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey Softrs value props and vision to the candidates.
