- Drive Strategy: Consultation with international top-tier partners on holistic Retail Media strategies to maximize adoption and ROI moving beyond support to true strategic partnership.
- Shape Operations: Definition and standardization of international Client Success processes and frameworks ensuring a seamless onboarding and lifecycle experience across all markets.
- Fuel Growth: Identification of cross-market upsell opportunities and leadership of Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions to expand partner investment.
- Bridge Gaps: Acting as the primary escalation point and strategic connection between local markets HQ and Tech/Product teams with translation of client needs into roadmap innovations.
- Empower Teams: Enablement and mentoring of local CS teams through best-practice sharing training and development of a global knowledge base.
- KPI Ownership: Ownership and tracking of Client Success KPIs (adoption ROI retention upsell) and ensuring centralized performance reporting across markets.
- Upsell Enablement: Development of structured frameworks for upselling and cross-selling utilizing insights and early-warning signals to fuel revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Management of relationships across Partner Marketing Retail Sales Operations Product and external partners ensuring alignment and strategic execution.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration retail digital marketing data analytics or a comparable field
- 3 years of experience in global multi-market Client Success Account Management Digital Consultancy or similar roles in Retail (Media) Commerce Media or AdTech with an international focus
- Strong understanding of retail media and digital media products (e.g. SPA/SBA display video onsite/offsite programmatic InStore DOOH etc) and campaign delivery processes
- Excellent analytical skills and confident handling of KPI frameworks performance analyses benchmarks and ROI evaluations
- Experience in reporting dashboarding and insight generation; very good Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or in Customer Success platforms and structured Client Success processes
- Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven topics into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident working across countries and cultures
- Fluent written and spoken English; very good to excellent German; additional Southern European or Benelux language skills are a plus
