Job Summary

Primary Title: Recruitment Associate (Junior Recruiter)

About the Opportunity
A role in the Talent Acquisition & HR Services sector supporting remote hiring across technology sales and corporate functions. This position is fully remote in India and is target-basedideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on KPIs pipeline velocity and closing quality hires.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned rolesown sourcing screening interview coordination and offer facilitation to meet targets.
  • Proactively source passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean search and referral networks to build a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct structured phone/video screens and assessments; accurately shortlist candidates against role requirements and hiring manager feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and ensure timely feedback loops for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interview logistics stakeholder communication and support offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
  • Hit defined KPIs (submissions interviews offers) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and candidate experience.
