Job Summary

Primary Title: Recruitment Associate (Junior Recruiter)

About the Opportunity
A role in the Talent Acquisition & HR Services sector supporting remote hiring across technology sales and corporate functions. This position is fully remote in India and is target-basedideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on KPIs pipeline velocity and closing quality hires.

Role & Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned rolesown sourcing screening interview coordination and offer facilitation to meet targets.
Proactively source passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean search and referral networks to build a strong pipeline.
Conduct structured phone/video screens and assessments; accurately shortlist candidates against role requirements and hiring manager feedback.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and ensure timely feedback loops for candidates and stakeholders.
Coordinate interview logistics stakeholder communication and support offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
Hit defined KPIs (submissions interviews offers) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and candidate experience.
