Job Title: Wealth Manager - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

*Fundraising Support:* Assist in end-to-end fundraising activities for the primary fund and portfolio (investee) companies including preparing pitch books information memoranda and supporting due diligence processes.
*Investor Sourcing:* Identify research and engage with new prospective investors (institutional and individual) to broaden the investor base for the fund and/or portfolio companies.
*Client Engagement:* Prepare for and actively participate in meetings with existing and potential clients investors and partners to present investment opportunities and updates.
*Relationship Management:* Maintain and strengthen relationships with current investors through regular updates reporting and events; ensure regular communication and timely responses to investor queries.
*Market Intelligence:* Track market trends and investor activity; provide insights and suggestions for new sources of capital or fundraising strategies.
*Deal Support:* Support investment banking team in transaction execution including data collection validation of investor interests coordinating documents and transactional follow-ups.

Key Skills:Mandatory:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client/investor interactions.
Analytical abilities with keen attention to financial modeling and market analysis.
Ability to draft high-quality presentations reports and marketing materials.
Organized mindset with skills in juggling multiple stakeholders and managing timelines.
Understanding of capital markets fundraising processes and investment cycles.
