What Youll Be Doing
As a Support Specialist youll be the friendly knowledgeable point of contact who helps clients and team members find solutions. Youll gain hands-on experience with customer service communication and technical troubleshooting valuable skills that can open doors to future opportunities in tech administration or operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service and support to clients partners and team members
Respond to inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate and organized records
Collaborate with your team to meet goals and deliver great results
Adapt to new tools and processes as you grow with the organization
Who Were Looking For
You dont need years of experience just a positive attitude a willingness to learn and a desire to help others.
Ideal Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
13 years of customer service support or office experience or a strong interest in starting your career in this space
Comfort using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
A team-player mindset and eagerness to learn
