Job Summary
As an on-site technical Service you will cover Sinotruks full production shifts to monitor real-time dynamics (e.g. temperature fluctuations coating speed changes) Urgent issues (uneven coating adhesion failures) require on-the-spot root-cause analysis and trial validation to avoid production halts manage customer daily requirements and on-site inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with automobile chassis coating application issues or communicating with R&D to find the solution on site to main customer production.
- Manager customer order requirements daily and arrange products delivery for all those manufactories. Manager on-site inventory.
- Deliverables: high customer satisfaction for PPG LIC products.
- Strengthen communication with the laboratory feedback on on-site issues.
Qualifications
- College degree chemical knowledge
- More than 2 years OEM key amount on site experience previous experience preferred: Sinotruck working experience are highly preferred
- Capability of using written English.
