Job Responsibilities:
Lead power battery technical design from project kick off to mass production following NPI process.
Work with NPI lead to develop project plans and ensure project goals (Time Cost Quality) are met.
Define battery system technical requirements and work with subsystem and components engineer to develop detailed subsystem/component requirements.
Working with compliance engineer to define regulation requirements and standards need to meet.
Lead concept development optimization and selection support sample build.
Lead DFMEA work with validation lead and compliance team to develop DVP to ensure product performance compliance and quality target are met when getting to production define sample quantities based on validation plan.
Organize design reviews to identify technical issues and resolutions before each GW support GW review preparation.
Use myNPI system to manage myNPI issues during product development Manage design freeze and drawing release before each build.
Promote technical innovation and patent layout complete technical documentation and intellectual property applications

使用myNPI 系统管理产品设计过程的发现的问题
管理样件生产或者量产前的设计冻结和图纸发布
推动技术创新专利布局完成技术文档编写与知识产权申报
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Materials/Electrical Engineering or related fields; masters degree preferred.
More than 6 years of experience in battery products or related products design familiar with battery products and technology or E-powertrain system.
Experience in leading new energy vehicle companies or top battery enterprises are preferred.
Experience in complete battery pack development projects familiar with the process from design to mass production (e.g. V-model development).
Proficient in battery design software with expertise in key technologies such as thermal management and structural simulation.
Excellent risk prediction and problem-solving skills able to quickly respond to project emergencies and drive closure.
Outstanding cross-departmental collaboration skills adept at resource allocation and multitasking management.
Good English writing and communication skills enjoys teamwork interested in new technologies and self-motivated.

具备新能源车企或头部电池企业工作经验者优先
有完整电池包开发项目经验熟悉从设计到量产的流程如V模型开发
精通电池设计软件掌握热管理结构仿真等关键技术
具备出色的风险预判与问题解决能力能快速应对项目突发问题并推动闭环
具备优秀的跨部门协作能力擅长资源调配与多任务并行管理
较好的英语书写沟通能力喜欢团队协作对新技术感兴趣 能够自我激励
