Position Summary: This position is part of the Teton Toyota Sales BDC team but will primarily support ourTeton Volkswagen efforts by managing customer communication through inbound and outbound calls scheduling sales and service appointments and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong multitasking computer and customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism follow-through and teamwork.
Responsibilities - May include but not limited to.
- In bound Sales calls Scheduling Appointments
- Out bound Follow up calls
- Customer Service
- Tracking Calls
- Following Word Scripts phone up scripts
- Excellent customer service using the skills of MAGIC
- Manufacturer product knowledge
Requirements
- Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Multi line phone skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong Multi-tasking
- Preferably Bi-Lingual
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess good computer skills
- Team player attitude
- Excellent follow through skills
