Job Summary

Are you a visionary HR leader passionate about shaping the future of talent learning and employee experience Ledcor is seeking a Senior Director Talent to drive our enterprise-wide and operating group talent strategies and lead a high-performing team of experts in Learning & Development Employee Engagement and Inclusion & Diversity.

As a member of our HR Senior Leadership Team reporting to the Senior Vice-President Human Resources youll collaborate with your HR peers and across business units to design and deliver impactful programs that empower our people strengthen our culture and support our business success.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership - Define and execute Ledcors talent philosophy and strategy aligning programs with business goals
  • Learning & Development - Oversee enterprise learning initiatives including leadership development onboarding and compliance training
  • Talent Management - Lead succession planning performance management and career development frameworks
  • Inclusion & Diversity - Champion I&D initiatives in partnership with executive councils and cross-functional teams
  • Employee Engagement - Drive employee listening strategies and deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement
  • Talent Marketing & Attraction - Shape Ledcors Employee Value Proposition and support strategic recruitment efforts
  • Team Leadership - Inspire and guide a team of 25 professionals fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in talent strategy learning and employee engagement in large complex organizations
  • Broad HR knowledge with experience navigating complex multi-faceted HR organizations and aligning programs with overall people and business strategies
  • Experienced people leader adept at building coaching and developing high-performing teams to achieve enterprise goals
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategies to organizational outcomes through data-driven decision-making
  • Executive presence and communication excellence with the ability to influence senior leaders manage competing priorities and represent HR initiatives with clarity and credibility across all levels
  • Proven expertise in developing and delivering Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and organizational performance

Work Conditions:

  • Travel to various sites and office locations (<25% of time) is required

Compensation

$180000 - $216000 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
