Job Summary
Work Mode: Hybrid role (2 days in office) / possible for remote option for the right candidate.
React and micro front end architecture
micro front-end architecture and monorepo.
Lead the architecture and evolution of our micro frontend platform for client enabling domain-based feature teams to deliver independently.
Define standards for shell app coordination shared libraries routing and runtime integrations.
Design and implement mechanisms for shared state management version control and safe rollout of micro frontends. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other senior frontend engineers. Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and observability.
Work with stakeholders across Product Design and Content to ensure consistent user experience.
Must Haves:
8 years of experience building modern frontend applications at scale.
Deep expertise with frameworks like React ( Remix) and micro frontend tooling.
Strong understanding of performance security accessibility and responsive design.
Experience working in distributed monorepo or federated repo setups.
Comfortable navigating trade-offs be-tween centralized control and team autonomy.
Strong communicator who can influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to have:
Familiarity with tools like Turboprop Experience integrating backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers Graph QL APIs or edge functions.
Previous contributions to platform-level SDKs or component frameworks.
Experience Required: 10 years (minimum 8 years front-end exp)
