Job Summary

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Services Coordinator. 

Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.

Your responsibilities include:

  • All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
  • Handling any client concerns & complaints
  • Daily email management opening forwarding actioning and filing as required
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Managing bookings and cancellations
  • Document management
  • Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
  • Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

The hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and a half-day Friday!!

Pepper Kids Therapy is an allied health practice that provides a holistic approach to client care through speech pathology occupational therapy and psychology.

What you will need to join the team:
We recruit on the philosophy of finding the best culture contributors for our team with a focus on personality attitude and long-term career potential.

To be considered for the position you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Energetic flexible and independent
  • Understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities
