What this job involves:

This position serves as the Regional Subject Matter Expert for Small Project Management providing strategic oversight and standardization across multiple sites within the country. Youll act as the central hub for complex regional initiatives while establishing best practices that drive efficiency and cost savings across JLLs portfolio. This role combines hands-on project delivery with strategic leadership requiring you to mentor site teams manage vendor relationships and execute multi-location projects that directly impact JLLs operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Develop and implement standardized small project management processes and templates across multiple regional sites

Execute end-to-end project delivery for complex regional initiatives using established PMO methodologies

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate regional contracts for furniture moving and project services

Oversee multi-site moves and space reallocations while maintaining regional tracking and reporting systems

Provide guidance training and mentorship to site-based Project SMEs and coordinators

Analyze cross-site data and prepare regional project status reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership

Partner with Project Management and Workplace Experience teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business engineering space planning or project management

Minimum 7 years of industry experience in project management facilities management or move management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite WebEx and project management tools

Expert knowledge of One View Space Management systems and understanding of CAD systems

Proven ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex multi-site situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Regional or multi-site management experience

Financial analysis and budget management capabilities

Experience with space planning software and design guidelines

Previous experience in vendor performance management and contract negotiations

Background in facilities management or workplace services

Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across multiple business units

Location: Cincinnati OH

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 5:00 PM

Estimated compensation for this position is: $33 -$36 /hour
