As the HR Administrative Coordinator (HR Coordinator) you are responsible for providing support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies procedures and practices of the Human Resources department. Assist the management team in every aspect of human resources including workforce planning and staffing employee relations training and development compensation and benefits.

What youll be doing:

  • Provides administrative support to the HR department to include but not limited to: entering performance reviews and reprimands administration of the company uniforms I9 tracking unemployment paperwork and entering time off requests.

  • Acts as a resource to employees by answering questions regarding human resources or labor relations related topics.

  • Works with management to determine manpower requirements and keeps the manpower job postings and documentation up to date.

  • Welcomes employees on their first day by completing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire orientation.

  • May assist in the recruitment of professional and technical employees.

  • Assists in the documentation of company policies procedures and practices.

  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.

  • Back-up to reception area.

What you should have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

The starting base pay range for this position is $23.75/hour - $29.34/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in companys setting home or hybrid.
