Main Responsibilities
- Analysis and evaluation of logistics administration and manufacturing processes
- Identification of potential improvements and management of projects in the lean environment
- Development and implementation of lean strategies and improvement measures
- Planning implementation and follow-up of workshops and projects
- Teaching content on the implementation of lean activities as part of employee training and coaching measures
- Supporting the continuous optimization of production processes
- Applying and further developing existing controlling and management tools
- Reporting to management
- Supporting audit preparations and documentation of relevant processes
- Workplace design/optimization
Position Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering mechanical engineering production engineering or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization ideally in an industrial company
- Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g. Kaizen 5S CIP value stream analysis)
- Confident use of MS Office SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good analytical skills strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Good English skills
- Ability to work in a team initiative and structured approach to work
