Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Analysis and evaluation of logistics administration and manufacturing processes
  • Identification of potential improvements and management of projects in the lean environment
  • Development and implementation of lean strategies and improvement measures
  • Planning implementation and follow-up of workshops and projects
  • Teaching content on the implementation of lean activities as part of employee training and coaching measures
  • Supporting the continuous optimization of production processes
  • Applying and further developing existing controlling and management tools
  • Reporting to management
  • Supporting audit preparations and documentation of relevant processes
  • Workplace design/optimization

Position Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering mechanical engineering production engineering or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization ideally in an industrial company
  • Knowledge of common lean methods (e.g. Kaizen 5S CIP value stream analysis)
  • Confident use of MS Office SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good English skills
  • Ability to work in a team initiative and structured approach to work
