Purpose: The Regional Surgical Manager EMEA is responsible for leading the Surgical Account Manager (SAM) & Clinical Consultants outside of DACH. The RSM is responsible for leading and executing key business initiatives and implementing the necessary resources required for developing and growing ABMDs business. Furthermore takes care for the teams strategic and tact cal operations to ensure the achievement of business outcomes to best address patient care and outcomes. He understands articulates and supports the organizations mission vision goals and strategies and has the ability to effectively translate these to the surgical sales team
You will be responsible for:
Develop and execute a strategic business plan aligned with corporate objectives that empowers the regional O DACH team to exceed revenue plans and patient support. Conduct AARs and plan of action with local regional surgical team
